Uwe Rüttgers has in-depth knowledge of sales in the German technology industry. In 1995 he founded opti-sale Marketing GmbH, a business development service specializing in the IT industry. As managing director of opti-sale Marketing GmbH, he developed the company into the leading provider on the German market for high-tech business development services. Global companies such as Oracle Germany, AMD, McAfee, HP and Juniper Networks have integrated the performance of opti-sale marketing GmbH into their German sales structure. The company was sold to a customer in 2007.

Since 2008, Uwe Rüttgers has concentrated more on international business. He now supports international technology companies that need personal help in the form of managing directors, country managers or sales representatives to develop their German business.

Uwe Rüttgers has an excellent personal network worldwide and currently has customers from Europe, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Australia, Italy, Brazil, Armenia, the Czech Republic, Sweden, South Africa and Great Britain.
